SpotChecked
It was another one of those weird days when I woke up with a feeling that something will go wrong. After having breakfast and preparing for school, I went to my bedroom to get my pen drive. I took it off the table and as I held it in my hand, something inside of me forced me to put it back. I knew that I had ICT class on that day and I will need the pendrive, but somehow I couldn't allow myself to take it to school.
As I arrived at school, three or four teachers came in the class and instructed everyone to hand in their pendrive, while one teacher was walking around the classroom putting everyone's pendrives into a shoebox. Then I wondered, Why didn't I bring my pendrive today. Could my weird feeling be somehow connected to this? Whatever it was, I didn't care as I knew I was safe. Soon enough she came and asked me for my pendrive. When I told her that I didn't bring it, I could tell from the way her face turned that she wasn't very pleased. A few seconds later, the principal suddenly bolted into door, stood in front of the class and asked "Whos has someone's from year 8 pendrive (i don't remember who). Somehow one guy had it and and I don't really remember what happened after that.
Later on that day, I asked the guy what was on the pendrive and he told me that there were 5 videos and some pictures (I don't need to explain what that was). This I believe, is what triggered the spotcheck. I also believe that it is a persons right to put whatever they want on a storage device that belongs to them, and that the school had no right to do that. Anyway it's over now. If it had only been my pendrive which they took, something would have hit them so hard, they will have no Idea what it was, or where it came from. For their sake, Its a lucky thing I left it at home.
